Pallet Flow Rack is a gravity driven pallet storage system. Pallets are
loaded on the rear of the system and flow forward on heavy duty skate
wheels for picking. Pallet can be stored up to 20 pallets deep. Some of
the attributes of Pallet Flow Rack are:
- Allows for rotation of stock because it utilizes LIFO (last in, first out) inventory storage system
- Ideal for fast moving product
- Greater
storage density than selective pallet rack, drive-in, or push back rack
because of the minimum number of forklift aisles needed
